FAQ
-
Is it live or pre-recorded?
It’s pre-recorded, allowing you to take as much time as you need for the activities inside.
-
How is it structured?
The course is broken up into theory and practice sessions. There are 7 activities in total, each tapping into a different area of your life that’s holding you back.
I advise taking at least 10 minutes for each activity, but you’re welcome to take longer if you need to.
You can even pause the class and come back to it another day if you need processing time.
-
Who's it for?
Anyone who:
- Judges their creative ideas as soon as they’ve written them
- Doesn’t feel supported by the people around them
- Wants to write more but can’t focus
- Doesn’t know what idea to work on next
- Writes and edits at the same time
- Constantly puts themselves – and their ideas – down
-
How long is it?
It will take you between 90 minutes and two hours to complete, depending on how long you take for each activity. I advise between 10 and 20 minutes, but you may find you need more or less for some activities.
However, if you’d prefer, you can do one activity a day over the course of several days. It’s up to you how long you take to complete the course – you get lifetime access!
